High Point Market Recap - Spring ‘24

April and High Point Market go together like peanut butter and jelly - a classic combination! We were excited to return to the biggest bi-annual gathering event for all things interiors, including designers, architects, builders and trade vendors specializing in furniture, lighting, rugs, case goods, artwork and more. Long story short, High Point Market is the place to be, and we love making the short trip to High Point, North Carolina twice a year!

This market felt especially great, and we enjoyed seeing all of the latest trends and connecting with existing and new vendor partners. It’s really important to us to be able to see, touch and feel the products that we are sourcing for our clients and attending market provides us with the ability to do so.

We found some really beautiful pieces, from light fixtures to sofas, and we can’t wait to be able to incorporate these items into upcoming design projects.

Enjoy reading about our discoveries and see what left us feeling inspired to curate more beautiful homes!

This beautiful bed put us in a lavender haze. We haven’t incorporated much purple into our designs, but this may need to change! How stunning is this printed fabric with the contrasting stripe interior on this canopy bed? Florals were a popular trend at this market!

There were so many unique mirrors at market. This one was a favorite and will be finding it’s way into a powder room. We love the color and funky shape!

Artwork is one of the hardest things to source, but being able to see beautiful pieces like this up close makes it easier! Can you see all the texture on the floral? Stunning!

We’re always on the lookout for unique light fixtures and we loved this striped rattan table lamp. Who has a beach house they’d like for us to furnish? ;)

Darker wood tones were definitely trending again at market. Both the buffet (pictured left) and the coffee table (pictured right) caught our eye.

This statement light fixture will be making its way into a current project of ours. Darby stood next to the chandelier to show scale! :)

Just like artwork, rugs are hard to select online, so we make sure to visit a few of our favorite rug vendors each market. We can’t wait to install this one in a bedroom!

Like pieces in a puzzle, this end table fits into the Delphinium Design aesthetic, while also being perfectly unique.

Gold was definitely “in” at this market. We noticed a lot of gold accents and hardware, especially in light fixtures. This was one of our favorites!

Out with the old, in with the wave! Wavy and scalloped details were a big trend this Spring. We like that it adds texture and dimension to a traditional design.

One of our favorite designers, Bria Hammel, debuted a new collaboration this market and we LOVED everything about it - the prints, pastels, textures and movements. So fun!

Can’t ever leave market without snapping a selfie. ;) We hope you enjoyed our market recap and feel inspired by some of the beautiful pieces we discovered!
